Calibre Plumbing and Gas Ltd.
2024 - 2025 Calibre Plumbing and Gas was recently acquired and is undergoing a large restructuring from a new-construction based plumbing and gas installation outfit to a commercial and residential service-provider.
We produced sales literature for them as well as do ongoing, direct B2B sales. In addition, we spearheaded their BBB Accreditation and source business-branding resources such as branded clothing for their workers and vehicle wrapping for their company vehicles.
Cloverdale Paint - Equipment Repair Dept.
2024 - 2025 Cloverdale Paint is a BC owned, national coatings company with over 85 Retail and manufacturing locations. Their equipment-repair department has 18 locations across Canada with a combined gross revenue of $9,000,000 for this department alone.
I provided a 34-page Departmental Restructuring Proposal that analysed competition within the market, proposed programs to increase revenue as well as add revenue streams to existing infrastructure. Additionally, I created a detailed educational plan to train new technicians as there is no formal schooling for this niche position. Currently I am assisting with the implementation of various proposed changes. Full implementation may take up to 4 years.
All Care Building Services
2024 - All Care is a family-owned renovation and service business based in Wetaskiwin, Alberta .
Joel & Leanne Hudson have been in business for decades, but needed to have a web-presence. I built their website allcarebuildingservices.ca, wrote their sales copy, set-up their social media and designed their logo
An Anonymous Tea Company
2020-2022 This client has asked to remain anonymous. They are a BC-based start-up that has a unique spin on tea; drink the whole leaf. Their products have highly-pulverized tea mixed with various flavors.
Over the nearly 3-year period that I consulted to this client I Managed their sales and b2b client acquisition, planned and executed the move of entire operations to a suitable location which I located. I preformed all the administrative work to have them pass municipal inspections and secured operating permits. Next, I set-up their manufacturing operations, then hired and trained the staff for the manufacturing department.
When up and running, I built their ecommerce website and began receiving orders only 4 hours after it went live! From here, I maintained their compliance with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, organized all shipping carriers - domestic and international. Finally, I stepped in for the CEO during their occasional absences for up to 3-weeks at a time
